Eat & Drink
“To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.” – François de La Rochefoucauld, French author
We believe that eating nutritiously is a daily gift you give to yourself. To ensure your plate is fresh and full of nutrients, we recommend seeking out local, organic, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, emphasizing wild-caught, grass-fed, or pasture-raised options when it comes to proteins.
We also believe that consuming food joyfully and mindfully is what’s best for your mind, body, and spirit — and know that sometimes the meals you choose to enjoy won’t meet every standard we’d normally set when it comes to ingredients, sourcing, and preparation.
